(All orders placed over $2,000.00 US must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Sales Taxes

Dimensional Energetics shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California, unless the customer provides Dimensional Energetics with a tax-exempt certificate number with the purchase. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other applicable taxes or duties, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against Dimensional Energetics shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
