Group sessions

Feeling an openness in the chest area and love for each other in a deep state of mind is very common after Deeksha session...

Group sessions are on Fridays between 7-9 pm in MindBodyZone Yoga studio. During the session, you sit comfortably on a chair or on the floor and the Deeksha giver lays his/her hands on your head. You might feel hands on your head several times during the session. The best part of Deeksha is that there is nothing required to do on your part. If there would be any requirement, it would be your willingness and openness to this energy.

Overall, the sessions are welcoming, relaxing, transforming, lively and fun. We usually have enough time to have hands on Deeksha, meditation, sharing of experiences. At the end, we sometimes dance and enjoy tea and chatting if you would like to join us and stay little bit longer.

Animals respond with great energy and enthusiasm for life and fun after being in the Deeksha presence. There was so much joy and the room was filled with the light balls which was captured in this picture.

We encourage everybody to lay down at the end of the session to absorb the energy completely. Sorry, the lights were dimmed so that everybody can focus to their inner journey. :)

Private sessions

Private sessions are usually tailored to the need of the customer but includes mainly meditation, chanting and Oneness Deeksha. Investment for private sessions is 50$/hour. It generally takes two hours for a typical session. Please contact us to schedule a session.

Phone deeksha

Phone deeksha includes chanting and sending Oneness Deeksha over the phone. Time and space does not bind the energy as it does to us in our physical forms. Please contact us if you would like to receive Oneness Deeksha over the phone and schedule a session. Your investment will be 20 $. A typical phone session is usually 1 hour.  

Free demonstration sessions

We offer free demonstration sessions for a group of minimum 20. Please contact us if you would like your group of friends or community try this effective healing energy.
